Cannot enter console

Refresh account or billing. If payment worked but access did not update, send support:
  • account email
  • order or payment reference
  • approximate payment time
  • screenshot of access page

Balance looks wrong

Click Refresh on Wallets. Refresh only reads balances. If it still looks wrong, check the wallet on-chain. Send support the wallet address, workspace, and screenshot.

Image did not enter draft

Go back to the Monitor candidate and check if there were multiple images. If the draft already exists, upload or reselect the image in Mint.

Accepted but nothing moved

Accepted means Reixl received the command. Keep the task open and wait for Submitted, Confirming, Landed, Confirmed, Failed, or Timeout. If it stays stuck, send support the task ID, token name, Wallet Group, and current status.

Partial failure

Some steps completed. Some did not. Open task detail, check which wallets still need action, then retry, sell, stop, end, or sweep based on what is open.

USD looks stale

Check the SOL price badge. USD can lag. SOL and on-chain status matter more.

Clone did not load

Check the mint address. If metadata still does not load, fill the fields manually or send support the mint and screenshot.
